The result will be a compact urban space – one town in a town, to stop the urban sprawl and include all necessary components for an urban infrastructure. On this urban space borders the new, old village Schönau, which is, because of his heterogene building structure and the connection of natur, a opposite to the other buildings in Grünau. This idea has a chance for a independent settlement structure.
